I first learned about Ayurveda by accident in 2005 and decided to immediately try this kind of treatment for my various ailments (after all, the science is more than 5000 years old!). The best thing I ever did for my health. When I arrived at the centre, I was extremely lucky to be received by the chief of medical staff, Dr. P.S. Muralidhar, an extremely friendly and most capable ayurvedic doctor. After some initial discussion, he immediately knew what would be best for my physical condition at the time and suggested my 8-day treatment accordingly (I had a Panchakarma Basti and various kinds of massages throughout the days). This was such a terrific experience and I felt so good after my initial stay that I already started to think of another visit to ayurvedic india. I am deeply endowed to Dr. Muralidhar personally since he really gave me highly professional attention and was always available to review my progress day by day. Personally I refuse to believe that a better treatment is available anywhere.Since my first visit in 2005 I have returned several times and can hardly wait until I can experience Dr. Muralidhar's fantastic professional pampering again.
